Lawrence Group also designed three sales centers and all public spaces, including building lobby, offices, elevator lobbies, fitness center, conferencing center, hotel rooms, party rooms, and media room.

Ceilings soar to ten feet and outdoor living spaces are unusually expansive. Thirty-seven different unit layout options were created to satisfy the needs of the project.
