The rules and guidelines governing the propper use of skips, are specifically aimed at controlling the use of waste. This leaves a lot of space for new uses for the skip. SkipWaste project by Oliver Bishop-Young aims to bring people out into the streets by transforming old garbage dumpsters into creative art installations.
